بررسی قابلیت اطمینان پارامترهای سینماتیکی زانو و نیروی عکسالعمل پا در افراد با آسیب لیگامان متقاطع قدامی هنگام بالا رفتن از پله
پارگی لیگامان صلیبی قدامی، یکی از آسیبهای رایج زانو در افراد جوان به شمار میرود. در مورد پیامدهای پارگی این لیگامان در دوران پساآسیب، به مواردی چون لقی زانو، ناپایداری فعال زانو و ابتلا به آرتروز زودرس اشاره شده است. کنترل جابهجایی قدامی تیبیا و چرخش محوری تیبیا-فمورال زانو از وظایف اصلی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی میباشد. بنابراین، در غیاب لیگامان قدامی، حفظ پایداری زانو از طریق تغییرات سینماتیکی و به کارگیری مکانیزمهای جبرانی حرکتی در حین انجام فعالیتهای مختلف میسر میشود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی قابلیت اطمینان و تکرارپذیری درونجلسهای این پارامترها برای آزمونهای تکراری بالارفتن از پله بوده است. برای این منظور، پانزده بیمار با آسیب یکطرفهی لیگامان متقاطع قدامی در این پژوهش مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. مارکرهای 10- 8 تایی روی هر عضو از اندام تحتانی این افراد نصب شد، و برای ضبط فعالیت افراد در حین بالارفتن از ساختار پله با چهار گام، از دستگاه آنالیز حرکت 10-دوربینه، بهره گرفته شد. با استفاده از نتایج سینماتیکی و سینتیکی به دست آمده در نقاط کلیدی متناظر، قابلیت اطمینان پارامترهای سینماتیکی و نیروی عکسالعمل زمین، از طریق ضریب همبستگی درونردهای (ICC)، و پارامتر خطای اندازهگیری استاندارد (SEM)، محاسبه و ارزیابی شد. نتایج این مطالعه بیانگر قابل اطمینان و تکرارپذیر بودن زوایای چرخشی تیبیا-فمورال زانو و نیروی عکسالعمل زمین در افراد با آسیب لیگامان قدامی هنگام بالارفتن از پله میباشد. مقادیر قابلیت اطمینان (ICC)، در هر دو پای آسیبدیده و سالم مشابه، و در محدودهی (98/0-59/0) برای پارامترهای سینماتیکی و نیروی عکسالعمل زمین به دست آمد.

شبیهسازی توزیع اکسیژن در داربست دارای شبکهی کانالهای میکروفلوییدیکی برای استفاده در مهندسی بافت
علیرغم پیشرفتهای حاصل در مهندسی بافت، یکی از مشکلات تولید بافتهای ضخیم، نحوهی اکسیژنرسانی به سلولهای عمقی بافت مهندسیشده و ایجاد شبکههای رگی درون بافتها میباشد. یکی از راههای مقابله با این مشکل، ایجاد شبکهی کانالهای میکروفلوییدیک درون داربست متخلخل میباشد، که این کانالها میتوانند علاوه بر بهبود اکسیژنرسانی، قالبی را برای ایجاد رگهای طبیعی حاصل از رشد سلولهای رگزا فراهم آورند. در این مقاله، توزیع اکسیژن محلول در آب در یک داربست دوبعدی دارای کانالهای میکروفلوییدیکی شاخهای با استفاده از دینامیک سیالات محاسباتی شبیهسازی شده است. بدین منظور، معادلات جریان مایع و انتقال اکسیژن با استفاده از شرایط مرزی، شرایط اولیه و پارامترهای مناسب حل شدهاند. توزیع اکسیژن در داربست بدون کانال و داربستهای دارای کانال برای مراحل صفرم تا سوم دو شاخهشدن با زاویهی شاخهای ۴۵ درجه به دست آمده است. نتایج نشان داد که یک کانال با دو مرحلهی شاخهای، توزیع اکسیژن مناسب به همراه سطح آزاد کافی برای رشد سلولها را فراهم میکند، که مطابق با مراجع میباشد. در ادامه، زاویهی دو شاخهای در ساختار دو مرحلهای به ۳۵ کاهش داده شد که افزایش سطح غیرهایپوکسیک را به همراه داشت. به صورت کلی، با طراحی بهینهی زاویهی کانالهای شاخهای در داربست، میتوان سطح قابل توجهی از داربست را اکسیژنرسانی نمود، در حالیکه سطح کافی برای رشد سلولها نیز وجود داشته باشد.

کاهش بعد دادههای توالی جایگاههای پیوند روی ژنوم انسان با استفاده از شبکهی عصبی عمیق اتوانکودر
استفاده از توالیهای نوکلئوتیدی ژنوم به عنوان سیگنالهای بیوشیمیایی در روشهای یادگیری ماشین، با تبدیل این توالیها به کدهای عددی امکانپذیر است و این تبدیل باعث افزایش غیرواقعی بعد دادهها شده و انجام عملیاتهای تحلیل داده، مانند بصریسازی و استخراج ویژگی را با محدودیتهایی روبهرو میسازد. از اینرو، باید با استفاده از روشهای کاهش بعد، دادهها را به فضای واقعی برگرداند. در این پژوهش از یک شبکهی عصبی عمیق اتوانکودر به منظور کاهش بعد دادههای توالی مربوط به جایگاههای پیوند روی ژنوم انسان استفاده شده است. به منظور بررسی میزان حفظ اطلاعات دادههای اصلی در دادههای کاهش بعد یافته، از یک طبقهبندی دوکلاسه به وسیلهی ماشین بردار پشتیبان استفاده میشود. نتایج به دست آمده نشان میدهد که اطلاعات تقریبا به طور کامل در فشردهسازی حفظ میشود. سپس از دادههای فشردهشده برای بصریسازی و همچنین انتخاب ویژگی با تحلیل واریانس استفاده میشود. نتایج به دست آمده نشان میدهد که مکانهای اول، دهم و هشتم در توالیها دارای بیشترین اطلاعات هستند. درحالیکه عمدهی پژوهشهای پیشین روی دادههای بیان ژن حاصل از میکروآرایه، متمرکز شدهاند و مقایسهی محدودی بین روشهای کاهش بعد در آنها انجام شده است. این مقاله برای نخستین بار، دادههای نوکلئوتیدی توالی را با شبکهی اتوانکودر، کاهش بعد داده و مقایسهی جامعی بین انواع روشهای کاهش بعد و یادگیری ماشین ارائه میدهد.

توسعهی تئوری تماسی ویسکوالاستیک برای میکرو/نانوذرات زیستی استوانهای
در اغلب تئوریهای تماس، که از پرکاربردترین آنها میتوان به سه مدل هرتز،DMT و JKR اشاره کرد، ذرات زیستی بهصورت جسم کروی الاستیک در نظر گرفته شدهاند که این فرض مناسبی نیست. الاستیک در نظر گرفتن ذرات زیستی منجر به نادیده گرفتن تاریخچهی بارگذاری میشود که در نتیجهی آن، تاریخچهی تنشها و کرنشهای وارد بر ماده مورد بررسی قرار نمیگیرد. بنابراین، در بخش اول به توسعهی سه مدل بیان شده، از حالت الاستیک به ویسکوالاستیک در هندسهی کروی پرداخته شد. شبیهسازی و مقایسهی این سری تئوری با دادههای تجربی به دست آمده از آزمایش دندانهگذاری سلول سرطانی MCF-10A بهوسیلهی میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی در این مقاله، نشان داد که حالت ویسکوالاستیک نسبت به حالت الاستیک پیشبینی بهتری را از رفتار نیرو-دندانهگذاری این سلول ارائه میدهد. سپس، با توجه به اینکه اکثر باکتریها دارای هندسهای نزدیک به استوانه هستند، اقدام به توسعه و مدلسازی تئوریهای تماسی ویسکوالاستیک برای تماس یک کره و یک استوانه شد. پس از آن، به شبیهسازی تماس الاستیک و ویسکوالاستیک برای سه دستهی نانوباکتری اپیدرمیدیس، سالیویروس و آئروس، با استفاده از سری دوم تئوریهای توسعه دادهشده پرداخته شد. مقایسهی نتایج شبیهسازی تماس الاستیک و ویسکوالاستیک با نتایج آزمایشگاهی موجود (دندانهگذاری بهوسیلهی میکروسکوپ نیروی اتمی)، نشان داد که در نظر گرفتن حالت الاستیک برای شبیهسازی تماس نانوذرات زیستی مناسب نبوده و نتایج غیردقیقی را ارائه میدهد. همچنین، مقایسهی نمودار شعاع تماس برحسب عمق دندانهگذاری در دو تئوری الاستیک و ویسکوالاستیک نشان داد که به ازای میزان شعاع تماسی ایجادشدهی یکسان، میزان عمق دندانهگذاری در حالت الاستیک از ویسکوالاستیک بیشتر است.

پروتکل مسیریابی انرژی کارا برای شبکههای بیسیم انرژی برداشت بدن
شبکههای بیسیم بدن، گونهی خاصی از شبکههای حسگر بیسیم هستند که امروزه کاربردهای زیادی دارند. از جملهی مهمترین این کاربردها پایش سلامتی انسان است. پایش سلامتی با هدف بهبود خدمات سلامت انجام میشود. از مهمترین چالشها در این نوع شبکهها، کارایی، توان عملیاتی بالا و طول عمر شبکه میباشد. از جمله روشهای ممکن برای افزایش طول عمر شبکههای بیسیم بدن، استفاده از راهکار برداشت انرژی از بدن یا فعالیت بدنی است. در شبکههای با امکان برداشت انرژی، انرژی گرههای حسگر به پایان نمیرسد، بلکه پس از رسیدن به یک حد آستانه، گره به حالت برداشت انرژی رفته و به صورت بلوکه در میآید و تا زمان رسیدن به حد انرژی مشخص، در عملیات شبکه شرکت نمیکند. در این مقاله، یک پروتکل مسیربابی انرژی برداشت برای بهبود کارایی شبکههای بیسیم بدن ارائه شده است. در شبکهی پیشنهادی، گرههای حسگر علائم حیاتی بدن، از قابلیت برداشت انرژی برخوردار هستند. در روش مسیریابی پیشنهادی از یک گره رابط برای انتقال دادهها از سایر گرههای حسگر به چاهک استفاده شده است. زمانی که فاصلهی گره حسگر تا چاهک کمتر از فاصلهی گره حسگر تا گره رابط است، پروتکل پیشنهادی، برای ارسال دادهها از مسیریابی تکگامه استفاده میکند. همچنین، اگر نوع داده اضطراری تشخیص داده شود، برای ارسال آن از ارسال تکگامه، و در غیر این صورت از روش ارسال چندگامه استفاده خواهد شد. با هدف افزایش توان عملیاتی، گرهها در هنگام برداشت انرژی، به حالت بلوکه نمیروند، بلکه دادهها را به نزدیکترین همسایهی خود ارسال میکنند. پروتکل پیشنهادی توانسته در مقایسه با روشهای پیشین، توان عملیاتی و طول عمر شبکه را بهبود بخشد و در سایر معیارهای کارایی، نسبت به روشهای پیشین عملکرد بهتری داشته باشد.

تحلیل پاسخ شنوایی ساقهی مغز به هجای گفتاری/دا/ با استفاده از روش چندفراکتالی
از ویژگیهای پردازشهای ساقهی مغز، حضور پیچیدگی و تاثیرگذاری عوامل فردی در رمزگذاری اصوات میباشد. تشریح این پردازشها بر مبنای تحلیلهای خطی دشوار بوده و این خود انگیزهای است مبنی بر استفاده از روشهای غیرخطی که قادر به تحلیل مناسبتر سیگنالهای غیرمانا هستند. هدف این تحقیق، بررسی رفتار ساقهی مغز در پاسخ به تحریک شنوایی هجای گفتاری /دا/ (s-ABR)، با استفاده از تحلیل چندفراکتالی MFDFA)) به همراه روشهای تحلیل روندزدایی، شامل تجزیه به مقادیر تکین (SVD)، روش تطبیقی (AD) و روش تجزیه به مدهای تجربی (EMD) میباشد. در این تحلیل، پس از ثبت پاسخهای شنوایی ساقهی مغز برانگیخته شده با هجای ساختگی /دا/ در 40 فرد بزرگسال هنجار با میانگین سنی 22 سال، تحلیل MFDFA روی سیگنال، جهت ارزیابی تغییرات پیچیدگی و چندمقیاسی آنها انجام میشود. همچنین، بهمنظور روندزدایی بهینه از سیگنال، ابتدا روشهای SVD، AD و EMD روی دادههای ورودی اعمال میشود. با محاسبهی تابع افتوخیز و ارزیابی رفتار مقیاسی، نماهای مقیاسی مانند نمای هارست تعمیمیافته و طیف تکینگی تعیین میشود. نتایج نشان میدهد که در مقیاسهای کوچک، سیگنال دارای خاصیت نامانایی است. اما در مقیاسهای بزرگ، ویژگی سیستم توسط روند کنترل میشود. تمام نمونههای مورد بررسی در مقیاس میلیثانیه، دارای تغییر رفتاری در تابع افتوخیز هستند که معادل با روند تناوبی غالب است. متوسط نمای هارست تعمیمیافتهی محاسبهشده توسط این روش در مقیاسهای کوچک، یعنی میلیثانیه، برابر با در 68 درصد تراز تطابق است. وابستگی به ، نشان میدهد که سیگنال s-ABR خاصیت چندفراکتالی دارد، که غالبا به دلیل همبستگیها است. پهنای طیف تکینگی، که معیاری از پیچیدگی سیگنال است، برای دادههای مورد استفاده به طور میانگین برابر با در تراز اطمینان است.

ارزیابی روش همگامی فاز با استفاده از مقدار قفلشدگی فاز در آزمایش بینایی تمایز رنگ
تنوع وظایف مغز نشان میدهد که تعامل بین فعالیت نوسانی در باندهای فرکانسی مختلف، مکانیزمهای کلی ارتباط عصبی را شکل میدهد. روشی که اخیرا برای کدگذاری اطلاعات در مغز مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد، روش همگامی فاز میباشد، که به فرایندی اطلاق میشود که از طریق آن دو یا چند سیگنال چرخهای، با نوسان تکراری از زاویههای فاز نسبی نوسان میکنند. برخی مطالعات، نقش محوری همگامی فاز را در آزمایشهای شناختی نشان دادهاند. در این مقاله، ما نقش این معیار را در یک وظیفهی جدید بینایی تمایز رنگ بررسی کردهایم. بدین منظور، سیگنال الکتروانسفالوگرافی را برای 15 سوژه، در طی وظیفهی بینایی تمایز رنگ جمعآوری نمودهایم. سپس، از الگوریتم یادگیری ماشین، ماشین بردار پشتیبان، استفاده شد تا توانایی معیار همگامی فاز در تمایز دو حالت، یعنی تفکیک دو رنگ آبی و نارنجی، در وظیفهی بینایی مورد نظر مشخص گردد. نتایج نشان میدهد که این معیار با دقت کلاسبندی 75% میتواند در طبقهبندی دو حالت مختلف در وظیفهی بینایی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. همچنین، باندهای فرکانسی موثر و الکترودهایی که موثرترین ویژگیها از آنها استخراج شدهاند، نشان داده شده است.
